Job Description

iOPEX is looking for professionals with hands on experience in HR business partnering. Should be open for UK shift. Must have strong stake holder management and people management skill.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • In alignment with business plans and talent management strategy, conceptualizes the learning plans for the company.
  • Plans and secures resources for all development activities for the client he/she represents.
  • Provides input to the Talent Strategy and People Plans for a given business unit, in alignment with business strategy.
  • Assesses development needs for their particular client segment, drawing upon business strategy, development plan and talent data, at least annually.
  • Measures and determines impact of all learning efforts for the client, communicating closely with business leader.
  • Design and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and employers.
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Perform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested. Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
  • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements. Other duties as assigned.
  • Develop a positive relationship with all employees. Promote direct communication and positive rapport amongst employees and managers
  • Data driven in-approach to identify usage gaps and providing solutions with measurable results. Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. communication
  • Must possess considerable knowledge of all HR disciplines; particularly strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff is critical.
  • Proven ability to effectively present to all levels and cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent consulting skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable within a high change evolving organization
  • Full time management degree, with specialization in HR
  • 8-10 years of hands on experience as an HRBP
