Job Description:

1. Offer Technical Support under:
* Hardware & Software
* Tablets & Mobile Devices
* Networking Devices
* Peripherals inclusive of Printer & Home theatre entertainment.

2. Malware removal & PC Optimization:
* PC Scan & Malware Removal
* Install Antivirus software & update security patch

3 . Email & Configuration & Setup
4. Operating Systems & Browsers
5. Security & Online Backup Software
6. Social Media & Networking Support
7. Peripheral installation and troubleshooting.

Basic Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills.
* Comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them.
* Organized and diligent and pay attention to detail.
* Desire to work in an ethical but fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work on shifts and night shift.



Experience - 1+ years

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's Degree is Mandate.
